Seafood Rub Scampi Recipe

This is the scampi recipe for the garlic lovers!! Serve over pasta or rice to sop up the flavorful sauce.

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (about 4 teaspoons)
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)

2. Stir in shrimp, wine and Seafood Rub; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley.

3. Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
