Vanilla Whoopee Pie's Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 1 cup milk
  • Filling
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1 2/3 cups confectionery sugar
  • 1/2 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix all cake ingredients and drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet, ungreased. Bake @ 350° for 8 minutes. Cool then fill.

Filling: Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy.
