Impossible Pumpkin Pie 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can pumpkin (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can evaporated skim milk (13 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar or Splenda
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9- or 10-inch pie pan. Beat all ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
