Pumpkin Pie Using Splenda Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 single layer pie crust
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 ounce can)
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Stir together pumpkin and next 6 ingredients until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set in the center.
