Ingredients
  • 5 cups spinach, washed
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup bleu cheese vinaigrette
Directions

  • Wash spinach and place in salad bowl.
  • Dice strawberries and red onion.
  • Mix strawberries, red onion, and banana peppers with spinach in salad bowl.
  • Top with crumbled feta cheese and vinaigrette.
