Potato Candy "Abba Zabba" Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds powdered sugar
1 small Potato, boiled and mashed with fork (medium)
Peanut Butter
Directions
Stir powdered sugar into potato till it stays together. Put on wax paper with wax paper on top. Roll out to at least 1/4 inch thick. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter. Roll into log. Leave out over night or in refrigerator. Slice and if you wish add sprinkles.
