Taco With a Twist Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package sweet Italian Sausage
  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach - thawed
  • garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can sliced olives - small can
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounces grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
Directions
  • Take sausage out of casings and saute until cooked. Drain fat.
  • Cook and drain spinach.
  • Squeeze excess water out of the spinach.
  • Mix sausage, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Divide and put in tortilla wraps.
  • Top with olives, and cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
