| | Directions |
- Take sausage out of casings and saute until cooked. Drain fat.
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Squeeze excess water out of the spinach.
- Mix sausage, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Divide and put in tortilla wraps.
- Top with olives, and cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
