Eclair Dessert 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • FILLING:
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (small box)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Directions
Bring water and butter to a boil. Reduce heat and beat in flour with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time. Spread on a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 400° for 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Crust will be very lumpy.

For filling, beat pudding with milk and vanilla until thick. Fold in cool whip and spread over crust.

Just before serving drizzle with chocolate syrup. Keep refrigerated.
