Ingredients
1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced
1 Small Sweet Onion, sliced
1 pound Premio Cajun Sausage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon Sriracha Garlic Chile Sauce, add 1 tbsp. additional if desired
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
12 ounces Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
Heat a large saute pan, add the olive oil and Premio Cajun Sausage, cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add onions and peppers; continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add chicken stock, butter, and Sriracha sauce. Stir and add pasta, mixing well.
Serve in large pasta bowls and top with generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
