Premio Cajun Sausage and Penne Pasta Recipe

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 Small Sweet Onion, sliced
  • 1 pound Premio Cajun Sausage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Garlic Chile Sauce, add 1 tbsp. additional if desired
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
  • Heat a large saute pan, add the olive oil and Premio Cajun Sausage, cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add onions and peppers; continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Add chicken stock, butter, and Sriracha sauce. Stir and add pasta, mixing well.
  • Serve in large pasta bowls and top with generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
