  • Heat a large saute pan, add the olive oil and Premio Cajun Sausage, cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add onions and peppers; continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Add chicken stock, butter, and Sriracha sauce. Stir and add pasta, mixing well.
  • Serve in large pasta bowls and top with generous amount of Parmesan cheese.

-1 pound Premio Cajun Sausage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
-1 tablespoon Sriracha Garlic Chile Sauce, add 1 tbsp. additional if desired
-1 cup chicken stock
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-12 ounces Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
