- Heat a large saute pan, add the olive oil and Premio Cajun Sausage, cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add onions and peppers; continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add chicken stock, butter, and Sriracha sauce. Stir and add pasta, mixing well.
- Serve in large pasta bowls and top with generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
