Sweet Surprise Ladyfingers Recipe

  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package chocolate instant pudding (4 ounce pkg)
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Line sides and bottom of 8x8 pan with ladyfingers. Pour cold milk into bowl. Stir in pudding mix. Beat for 2 minutes until well blended. Gently fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, pecans and chocolate chips. Spoon mixture over lady fingers in the bottom of the pan. Mixture will hold ladyfingers on the sides in place. Cover well and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Remove dessert from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with dab of whipped topping and few pieces of chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
