4 filets tilapia
salt and pepper
1 lemon - thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic - minced
2 teaspoons dill - finely diced

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Prepare 4 12x12 inch pieces of foil.
Salt and pepper both sides of each filet.
Place 2 lemon slices on each foil square. Rub garlic onto each lemon slice. Place a piece of fish on top of the lemon and garlic. Sprinkle with dill.
Wrap securely with foil. Place on the grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
