Cranberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (ground up)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (may need more - taste)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (chopped) - optional
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • Mix sugar in with the cranberries, taste. Should not be too tart.
  • Add pineapple & nuts; stir.
  • Add cool whip & stir; refrigerate.
  • Add marshmallows shortly before serving.
