Homemade lasagna that is easy to make. This uses the help from spaghetti sauce rather than seasoning up your own tomato sauce. Serve it with a nice green salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.

1 pound ground beef
1 package lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
12 ounces cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Cook ground beef; drain.
Simmer beef, sauce, and water for 5 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, egg, cheese, and oregano.
In a 9x13 pan place 1/2 cups meat sauce. Then layer 4 noodles. Spread 1/3 of the cheese and egg mixture over the noodles. Spread 1 cup of meat sauce.
Repeat above layers 2 more times.
Top with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes, uncovering for the last 10 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.

"My only complaint is that it wasn't quite saucy enough for me. I would use 1 1/2 jars of spaghetti sauce next time. Very tasty lasagna though."
