BUTTER TOFFEE COOKIES 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 egg (large)
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup Toffee flavored Bits
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Caramel flavored Chips or a flavor of your choice (chocolate)
Directions
In large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, flavors, salt and baking soda. Add the egg and beat until fluffy. Add the flour and stir until well blended. Stir in bit and/or chips and the nuts. Drop the dough by generous portions onto ungreased cookie sheets leaving about 2 inches between them. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes. 10 minutes will give you chewier cookies, 12 minutes crisper. (I preferred the 12-minute cookies). Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring them to racks. Make about 36 cookies.
