Monster Cookies with M&Ms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup M&Ms candies

Directions

  • In a large bowl, cream the first 7 ingredients. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, blend the last 3 ingredients; then add to the creamed mixture and stir.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned but soft to the touch.
  • Let stand on the cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
