Caramels Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts - optional

  • Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Pour into a well buttered pie plate. You can add nuts to the dish before pouring in caramel mixture, if desired.
  • Cool and cut into bite sized pieces.
