Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 1 can condensed milk (large)
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked corned beef or ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Use a large saucepan and saute onion, celery & butter together until tender.

Add remaining ingredients, simmer and stir occassionally. Garnish with seasoned croutons, salt & pepper if desired.
