Chicken Parmesan 3 Recipe

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 cup finely crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine garlic, butter, and sour cream in a shallow dish. In a separate dish, combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut breats in half if too big. Dip each breast in the butter/sour cream mixture and then coat with the cracker crumbs. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased, shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
