| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 400°. Combine garlic, butter, and sour cream in a shallow dish. In a separate dish, combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut breats in half if too big. Dip each breast in the butter/sour cream mixture and then coat with the cracker crumbs.
