Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Fiesta Herb with Red Peppers Soup Mix
1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
In large bowl, combine fiesta herb with red pepper soup mix, corn meal,flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the middle of flour mixture. In a medium bowl, blend eggs, milk and oil. All at once, add egg mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Pour into greased 9" square baking pan. Bake 25 minutes in 350° oven or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 16 servings.
