Unusual Corn Bread Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring, optional
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 corn muffin mix (8.5 ounce)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a large, greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 - 55 minutes.
