Sputnik Donuts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Beat to smooth batter and drop by teaspoon in hot fat. These little balls will end up in many shapes - some with tails. They turn themselves if you don't put them too close together. Not too greasy or sweet.
