  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.

Place hashbrowns in a prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk.

Pour egg/milk mixture over hashbrowns.

Sprinkle with meat and cheese.

Bake for 1 hour.
