A light and tangy dressing that adds much flavor to spinach greens or any salad with greens and other vegetables such as mushrooms, sprouts and carrots.

  • In small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, canola oil, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use. When salad is ready to serve, drizzle dressing over greens and toss all ingredients to coat with lime dressing.
