Pepperoni Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup instant mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 ounces chopped pepperoni
Directions
Combine muffin mix and potatoes. In small bowl, beat together milk, water and eggs. Mix muffin mix and potatoes and add pepperoni. Bake at 350 in 9" x 9" glass pan for 25 minutes.
