Cheese Burger Turnover Recipe

  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • salt & pepper
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until it's no longer pink; drain.

Add onion, salt and pepper.

For each turnover, place two biscuits lightly overlapping on a well floured board. Roll until each biscuit forms an oval about 5" long. Place 3 tablespoons meat mixture on each biscuit oval and top with cheese. Moisten the edges. Fold and seal with a fork. Prick top with fork tines.

Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes.
