In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until it's no longer pink; drain. Add onion, salt and pepper. For each turnover, place two biscuits lightly overlapping on a well floured board. Roll until each biscuit forms an oval about 5" long. Place 3 tablespoons meat mixture on each biscuit oval and top with cheese. Moisten the edges. Fold and seal with a fork. Prick top with fork tines. Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes. |
