Cinnamon Bugles Recipe

  • 2 packages Bugles corn snacks
  • 1 can mixed nuts (optional)
  • 1 can cashews (optional)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons pure lemon juice
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
First Bowl - Mix Bugles, nuts and cashews. Second Bowl - Beat egg whites and lemon juice until foamy. Add sugar, cinnamon and allspice to second bowl. Blend together with a mixer. Pour mixture over the Bugles and nuts until coated. Preheat oven 250° and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
