Redneck Caviar 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can white corn (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 jar braswell red pepper relish
  • 1 package good season Italian dressing (follow directions on package and mix with vinegar, oil, and water)
Directions
Mix together. Can serve immediately or refrigerate overnight and serve with scoop style Frito's.
