Creamy Red Pepper Dip with Vegetables Recipe

  • 1 jar sweet roasted red peppers, drained and chopped (7 ounce jar)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 green or red bell pepper (large)
  • Assorted fresh vegetables
Drain roasted peppers; pat dry. Chop roasted peppers and place in large bowl. Add pressed garlic, basil, sour cream, mayonaise, worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix well. Serve in shelled red or green bell pepper with assorted cut up vegetables.
