Garlic Mashed Potatoes 25 Recipe

  • Serves: 4 to 6
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1/4 cup garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened and cut into pieces
Place washed potatoes in large pot with cold water covering the potatoes. Boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until tender. Drain the cooked potatoes and put in a bowl. Mash potatoes (either by hand or with mixer). Add remainder of ingredients. Serve warm.
