SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 250 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans or 3 cup sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup sugar (1/2 cup is plenty)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping
  • 1 cup brown sugar (1/2 cup is plenty)
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup pecans
Directions
Mix main ingredients together. TOPPING: Crumble ingredients together. Lace across top of potatoes; sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
