VEGETABLE SANDWICH Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 3/4 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • Bread
Directions
Grate vegetables, add salt and let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess water. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese to vegetables. Spread on bread then cut into 3 or 4 strips or small rounds.
