Garlic Mashed Potatoes 22 Recipe

  • 2 cans seasoned chicken broth with roasted garlic (14 1/2 ounce cans)
  • 5 potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces (large)
In medium saucepan place broth and potatoes. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain, reserving the broth.

Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 cups reserved broth. If needed, add additional broth until potatoes are desired consistency.
