Mexican Casserole 81 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can Enchilada Sauce (large can)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 package corn chips (large pkg)
  • 1 package sour cream
  • 1 cup red beans
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 pounds hamburger
Directions
Brown hamburger & onion, add rest of ingred. Saving 2/30 each of cheese & chips. Sprinkle these on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
