Quick Potato Casserole 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen cubed hash browns (2 lb pkg)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 ounce Can)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup Margarine (melted)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine milk, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix in potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Pour potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. In a small bowl, mix corn flakes and margarine; spread on top. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
