Ingredients
5 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
2 pounds potatoes, cut inch 1-1/2 inch chunks
Directions
In a small bowl combine mustard, oil, garlic and Italian seasoning. Arrange potatoes in a lightly greased 13X9X2 baking pan or a shallow baking pan. Pour mixture over potatoes; toss to coat well. Bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and crispy, stirring occasionally. Garnish with oregano.
