Roasted Potatoes 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 large Potatoes
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°

Coat jelly roll size pan with olive oil. Wash potatoes and slice to desired thickness. The thinner they are the crispier they will get. Spread potato into prepared pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with seasonings. Bake for 30 min. Toss half way into cooking time.
