Fish Florentine Recipe

  • 4 filets haddock
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet chicken granules
  • 1 can mushrooms (small can)
Place fish in greased glass baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle on lemon juice.

Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.

Add chicken granules and mushrooms to white sauce.

Pour sauce over fish, cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
