Who knew that a delicious pecan pie could be SO simple and delicious! This sweet southern favorite is perfect for dessert on any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 1 package vanilla pudding and pie filling (6 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 pie shell
Directions
Blend together pudding and corn syrup.

Gradually stir in the evaporated milk and beaten egg.

Add pecans.

Pour into your favorite pie shell.

Bake at 375 degrees F until top is firm.
