Velvet Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup cold water
Directions
Beat egg well. Add dry ingredients, vinegar and water. Cook on top of double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and beat in 3 tablespoons butter.
