Beef Noodle Soup 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can V8 Juice (46 ounce can)
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 package beef ramen noodles (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (16 ounce pkg)
In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in V8, soup mix, contents of noodle seasoning packet & mixed vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return to a boil & stir in noodles. Cook 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
