Beer Cheese Soup 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1 bottle Stale Beer
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan. Add veggies and cook until tender/crisp. Add flour and stir to coat. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add beer and heat thoroughly.
