Pineapple Pretzel Salad 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can drained crushed pineapple (drain very well)
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in drained crushed pineapple and cool whip. Refrigerate until chilled. Mix together pretzels, butter or margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 7 minutes. Cool and break up. Fold into cream cheese/pineapple mixture just before serving.
