Cheese Whiz Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pound grated cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
Heat milk and cheese in double boiler until cheese is melted. Do not overheat.

Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in jars and refrigerate. After jars have cooled, cover.
