QUICK EASY SALAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (16 oz can)
  • 1 can pineapple (16 oz can)
  • 1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla or coconut cream)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple.

Add juices to instant pudding and beat.

Add fruit, marshmallows and whipped topping to pudding mixture.

Refrigerate several hours.

**VARIATION: Add bananas and chopped nuts.
