Ingredients
2 racks baby back pork ribs, cut into individual ribs
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
Put ribs in large sealable plastic bag. Stir together orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and cumin in a bowl until sugar is dissolved and then pour marinade over ribs. Squeeze air out of the bag, seal and chill for about 1 hour, turning once or twice. Preheat oven to 375°. Transfer ribs and marinade to a baking dish. Arrange in one layer so ribs are not touching. Roast for 30 minutes, until brown and sticky. Super easy! Super tasty!
