Souffl Egg Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 loaf white, wheat, or even hot dog rolls!
  • 1 stick butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 quart milk
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Crack eggs into large bowl. Whisk, then add milk and whisk again. Season, then tear the bread into the egg mixture. Add cheese and stir gently. Pour into a 9x13 pan and thinly slice butter over the top. Bake for about 30 minutes until it becomes light and puffy. Serve immediately.
